Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sentry Stickers! We take great pride in creating high-quality stickers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read through our returns policy below to understand your options.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your stickers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference. You will need to provide a photo of the damaged item, as well as a description of the issue, so we can address it promptly.

2. Wrong Item Received

In the rare event that we have sent you the wrong sticker, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you the correct item at no additional cost to you. You may also request a refund if you prefer.

3. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for any items. If you receive a product that is not to your liking or you ordered the wrong item, please reach out to us, and we can help you place a new order.

5. How to Contact Us

6. Return Shipping

For returns due to damage or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

7. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

8. Australian Customers

All returns and exchanges must be made within Australia. We are unable to accept international returns or exchanges at this time.
